We can supply some free samples ( total value under US$5.00) if you have a FedEx account and agree to pay the courier freight.

If the total value of samples is more than US$5.00, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and the courier freight. We will deliver the samples to you after get your payment.

If you don't have any courier account, you can contact the local office of the courier and ask them to collect samples from our company. Or,send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by Western Union, MoneyGram, T/T.

2.How much the courier freight will be for the samples?

The courier freight depends on the quantity, weight, carton measurement and your area.

3. How can I get your price list?

Sorry, at the moment, we don't offer the price list for all products. Pls tell me the model you are interested in and the possible quantity, we will offer the price for that quantity.

4.Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

Yes.

Logo and/or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing or other processing method. Generally, the minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 2000 units per logo. But the exact quantity is determined by the exact model. Pls contact us for details. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format.

If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products(custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 5000 units per model. But also the exact quantity is determined by the exact model. Pls contact us for details. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).

5. How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:

* Shipping information - company name, street address, telephone number, fax number, destination international airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( to collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any( in China or Hong Kong )

6. Can you arrange the transportation for us?

Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation for you with great honor.

7. How can the products be sent to us?

For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by the courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, they can be sent by air to the international airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.

The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (the international airport, sea port ).

8. What's your usual payment term for orders?

Make payment with Western Union or Moneygram for small amount, or Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order confirmation, or L/C at sight. We don't accept payment by credit card.

9. What's the warranty of your products?

6 months.

10. How can we become your sole distributor?

If you can sell our products of USD5,000 to USD20,000 per month, you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD30,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.

11. How can we get your monthly new products announcement?

Sorry. It doesn't work at the moment. So pls email to us for the new products. (Please do email to us for the catelogue you are interested in)

12. I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what to do?

Sorry, we are manufacturer & exporter only. Generally we don't accept retail order. But we will offer drop ship service to support our clients who are selling on Ebay or similar website.
